I love this app

I just use this app to record my inappropriate sleep talking because why should only my boyfriend and friends get to enjoy it! It works lovely. I just wish I could save the sleep talking audio to my phone itself, so I can share it. Awesome app!

Really so incredible I love it so much

Clean, but not very functional

Tried this for a week, only one night did it register sleep cycles. Every night the phone (iPhone 6) got unusually hot while the app was running.

Really great

I love this app and would give it 5 stars but it needs a little improvement. The recording feature is so cool. I can figure out whats going on during sleep cycles. Ive lived with pain for a long time and this backs it up. The only thing I dont care for is the music to sleep to. Yeah, theres no sleep sounds. If it had that, this would be a perfect app. Probably one I would pay a little money for. There. I said it. It works very well without it, but if it had that one feature this would make it amazing.

Sleep APP

Best sleep APP I have used. Music doesnt play long enough. Five points graphics dont show number of times awakened accurately. Function to record sleep sounds is excellent. The APP represents actual sleep well. Serves my purpose very good. Addressing the 2 needs would make it 5 stars plus. Gene

The BEST sleep analysis app and alarm PERIOD!!

Ive used it every night since I first downloaded it. Its difficult enough having sleep apnea and sleeping with a CPAP mask every night, so having this app has been immensely helpful not only from an analytical sense of being able to accurately record my sleep patterns, but the alarm helps my sleep feel MUCH more restful because it goes off at the best time based on your being in light sleep state. It really works! Whats especially helpful is when I do feel like I didnt sleep well in the morning, the app accurately reflects that too. It really is awesome for analytical use and just in general for getting a better nights sleep.

best free sleep cycle app!

Ive tried them all with average success and lots of frustration. this one gives you the most for free and is very customizable. the ads are small and barely noticeable. my favorite aspect is it lets you choose music from your iTunes library to wake up to. 10/10!

Please add a contact email for bug reports and feature requests... What does the "nocturnal awakening" function do? I wake up at night all the time and it never changes from "0 nocturnal awakenings". Is there a hidden button to count these? Please make the music player smoother between songs. I have a special audio loop that I mould like to play, but I can hear the gap when i play it using sleep meister. The gap is not there when I use the built-in music app.

Very thorough and worth the time

I appreciate that it is a good app without me having to pay anything. I will definitely always use this.

Best Sleep App

Already knew I had trouble sleeping but this app brings the night to life with its graphs and analysis. Love waking up to bagpipes!

Great BUT

Ohhh. I want to give this app 5 stars however I just dont understand the graphs. Its probably just me. I wish it would help me to sleep better but instead it gives you an idea of how your sleeping and with your note taking gauge what to not do or do to improve your sleep. Its sort of eery to hear your recording of your sleeping disruptive moments. Not sure why you need to hear yourself moving around in your bed but then at times it records your snoring. Its as if youre listening to someone else because your thinking "this cant be me. Im asleep! Well. It does make you look forward to your results to see how many times you reached deep sleep and what your sleep duration percentage is. Id love mine to be 100%. I currently take different sleep aids to try and STAY asleep. So far no luck. My average sleep time is 6 hours and thats just not enough. Im doing all the right things too to induce good sleep but no luck yet. Do try this app! If anyone can explain the graphs please do. Thanks

Sleep app

This app is great. I leave it on next to me and it monitors me. the only thing I dont like is if I forget to turn it on there is no way for me to put it in an approximate time.

Very Insightful

I wanted to see how these sleep monitor apps worked and Im impressed with the data. After just one week of monitoring my sleep with this app Im glad to have discovered what I already know...that I really need more sleep! Seriously though, the sleep graph is very telling about my personal sleep cycle especially when I take naps. Deep sleep happens when napping and it seems that because naps tend to be short our bodies dont have time to go into the light sleep phase before going back to the deep sleep phase. This explains why naps seem to have a recharge effect on our bodies...well, at least mines. These type of apps are well worth having and using on a daily basis! If you have to try one, I recommend starting here.

Excellent!

Ive been using this app for about a month now, and its awesome! It tells you how much time you spent in bed and how long of that you were actually asleep. You can also choose the graph color and write notes to yourself to find out what is effecting your sleep. The alarm sounds are cool, and some are weird like bagpipes, and they will wake you up at your lightest sleep of the time frame you choose. The only thing I would recommend is putting in a little section giving tips based on your action notes such as " try to take a warm shower every night, because you fall asleep 4 minutes faster than when you dont."

Great, with just one problem.

I really love this app, and have been using it for a while. It has a great user interface and seems to accurately measure how much I sleep. In fact, I had no complaints about it until I updated to the new iOS. Since then, the alarm occasionally will not go off. I still use the app, because I like the way it collects data, but now I have to always have a back up alarm in case the apps alarm doesnt work. Unfortunately, there is no way that I can find, except for leaving this review, for me to contact the app producers regarding this bug.

One of the most useful apps Ive come across

The true value of this app is not described very well. A person can maximize their sleeping enjoyment based on what they do in their day-to-day activities. I think a person is best rested if they maximize their deep sleeping capabilities. This app has been allowing me to do that. The app can be pretty fun too with the sleep talking capability. I dont sleep talk myself but my cats are always sent setting it off in the middle of the night. The app can also track how many times you have to get up and use the bathroom. This allows you to fine-tune your diet so you sleep more effectively throughout the night. This is a great and very useful app.

I use this app nightly. It gives me information about my sleep cycle and how deep my rest has been. Im in efficient sleep or too, Im normally in the 90th percent.

Great Tracker

Gentle way to wake up. Definitely feel more rested after using this app for about a month. Also a great sleep pattern tracker.

Use it on daily basis

I did notice the difference between using this and a hard stop alarm. The latter one just simply a cold bucket to wake you up versus this app is kind of like gently tapping you. Love the fade in music alarm feature. I almost look at the analysis graph every morning to see how my sleep was. I hope they all were close to accurate. I wish theres a feature like an app I used before: according to the time the user sets the alarm, it suggests the wake up hours. I dont know if its based on some sort of science but back in the days when I used it, I woke up with ease.
