Does and awesome job at playing the alarm so you dont wake up super grumpy or anything.
Have had a lot of issues with the alarms not ringing/app crashing/glitches lately. I can set my alarm for 8am and 10am will roll around with no alarm, and the chart will tell you that as well. Snooze sometimes just stops the alarm all together, and I cant get it to make noise when it goes off (volume & ringer up all the way). Great for tracking sleep, very bad at being an alarm! Best to set a second one!
I use this app for about 2 yrs, and really like it more than any other I tried before. But in the past month its not working as it was. Alarm sometimes doesnt go on, and its not always register my sleep. Sometimes its no data whatsoever, almost like I didnt put on. What happen? Why is it stop working?
This is the best sleep measuring/alarm app I have ever used. The alarm clock in this app is the only way I like to wake up nowadays. Im addicted. And the data it collects on your sleep cycle is clearly laid out for you to read. Ive had this app for over a year and I love it.
The data recorded by the app is very helpful for making adjustments to sleep hygiene.
I use this app nightly. Its part of my routine. Its filled with sleep info, and wakes me gently.
Over the past months I have downloaded numerous sleep cycle apps. Not because I wasnt happy with most but more just because I wanted to test them all out. This app is my favorite! I even prefer it to the payed "Sleep Cycle" app. My favorite function is that this app can sense whether youve gotten up after you turn off your alarm. If I senses that you never got up it will go off again. This is helpful because I will occasionally turn off my alarms in my sleep.
I have been using this app for a long time and love it. However the last update cant make it through the night without crashing. Please fix it.
Use it to wake up for school and its amazing! Records if you sleep talk shows how long you fell asleep for and how long you were in deep sleep.

compared against Sleep Cycle, and this captures my sleep more accurately, better distinguishes just lying in bed from sleeping than SC. dont know the theory behind the operation but it works.
No longer allowing me to use my music for alarm which I suspect may have to do w/iOS update I just made. I love that feature so I hope they fix the bug. My songs disappeared from the app and when I try to add back the app crashes. Please fix that!!! I had to go back to iPhone alarm to use music to wake up to.
I tried all of the free versions and this one is by far the best. It allows you to view your sleep as a line graph (vs a bar chart) and to set the time based on how long you want to sleep. It also connects to your music and will randomize it each day (so you dont end up hating it.) Last thing; it appears that it continues to detect your cycles even after you turn the alarm off, so if you fall back to sleep it will act like its on snooze.
Whenever I would wake up for my classes, I would still feel groggy or unrested, no matter how many hours of sleep I got. Then I got this app, which wakes you up at the lightest point in your sleep cycle, which vastly improved how I felt in the mornings. It has lots of good features, and is very customizable. Its definitely one of the best sleep apps out there.
Sept 2016: Somethings wrong. App is not recording sleep. First it said it was interrupted, so I deleted all notifications from other places (that didnt use to be a problem), and it still doesnt work. I uninstalled and reinstalled- no joy. I have downloaded Pillow app, and Im happy with that. I hope they fix this one, but Ill stick with the new one.
This app is great. I leave it on next to me and it monitors me. the only thing I dont like is if I forget to turn it on there is no way for me to put it in an approximate time. I would like to be able to modify timing.
