I wanted to see how these sleep monitor apps worked and Im impressed with the data. After just one week of monitoring my sleep with this app Im glad to have discovered what I already know...that I really need more sleep!
Seriously though, the sleep graph is very telling about my personal sleep cycle especially when I take naps. Deep sleep happens when napping and it seems that because naps tend to be short our bodies dont have time to go into the light sleep phase before going back to the deep sleep phase. This explains why naps seem to have a recharge effect on our bodies...well, at least mines.
These type of apps are well worth having and using on a daily basis! If you have to try one, I recommend starting here.
