Ohhh. I want to give this app 5 stars however I just dont understand the graphs. Its probably just me. I wish it would help me to sleep better but instead it gives you an idea of how your sleeping and with your note taking gauge what to not do or do to improve your sleep. Its sort of eery to hear your recording of your sleeping disruptive moments. Not sure why you need to hear yourself moving around in your bed but then at times it records your snoring. Its as if youre listening to someone else because your thinking "this cant be me. Im asleep! Well. It does make you look forward to your results to see how many times you reached deep sleep and what your sleep duration percentage is. Id love mine to be 100%. I currently take different sleep aids to try and STAY asleep. So far no luck. My average sleep time is 6 hours and thats just not enough. Im doing all the right things too to induce good sleep but no luck yet. Do try this app! If anyone can explain the graphs please do. Thanks
